Quality Assurance
Kuasu Moldtec is both of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949:2015 certified company and is committed to customer satisfaction. Our quality team is well trained and has enough skill in the use of many quality tools such as ISO & IATF standards, SPC, PPAP, Corrective Action, 8D and many others.
In Kuasu all tools are built to the APQP standards, plus using German and Japanese steels, all components have to be closely inspected in climate controlled environments prior to mold assembly to ensure the highest level of accuracy in every tool we built.
Our rigorous mold validation includes but not limited as complete FAI report per customer supplied part drawing, PPAP report, Checking fixture Gage R&R etc. Before mold assembly, all the inserts or components have to be pre-inspected by the operator during machining process and fully-inspected by the QC.
At last, each tool goes through 2 times full inspection and 8 hour continued dry-run before delivery or in-house production.
By using the Plan-Do-Check-Act process for continuous improvement in Kuasu, to provide the worry free quality of injection molds and molded parts for our customers is our goal.

Parts Measuring Capabilities, FAI Report
All of the pre-hardened steels have to be Rockwell Hardness tested once received before cutting, just make sure the steel hardness meets the specification. And the heat treated or nitride steels have to be hardness checked too. All these inspection activities will be paper recoded and sent to customer with the original steel certifications.
Water leak and flow rate testing for all cooling circulations is one of the indispensable steps before mold sampling and delivery. Our skilled mold manufacturing technicians will have every single mold checked according to this strict procedure requires.
Kuasu always follows the scientific molding principle and uses multiple verification methods to ensure product quality. By overlapping various methods, we can completely eliminate defects caused by the mold, reducing customers' economic inputs in other areas, and relying on equipment and skilled workers to ensure stable output of high-quality products.
