With strict quality control of all materials , components and raw materials procurement before being used, and all molds will be built according to the APQP standard, coupled with the use of German or Japanese steel, as well as the fully inspection of each part before mold assembly , these are guaranteed every single mold what we built will be in the high level of quality .

From the first tryout, all of the dimensions will be fully checked, through the relevant dimensions of the necessary adjustments until meeting the requirements of the GD&T part drawings. Before delivery, all the molds once again have to be inspected, furthermore 24 hours of continuous trial production will make sure the molds what customer received are stable and functional.

Superior raw materials, precision machining , experienced employees with rigorous quality working attitude , advanced testing equipments and standard operating procedures , all of these factors will ensure that your gain valued than investment!


With CMM equipped, all of the parts or inserts which smaller than 1200X800X600MM is able to be measured in house, by outsourcing  the size of  2500X1600X1200MM is reachable .


All of the steels hardness have to be checked before using  and after heat treatment, testing report based in HRC, HB or HV will be provided to customers together with the molds delivery.

ISO and TS16949 quality certification is under process  of application.
